ocean export operation 海运出口操作

  

functional responsibility

receive booking instruction from cs, and make booking sheet in accordance with shipping order’s details, send booking sheet to carrier or forwarder in order to notice the carrier or forwarder to leave the vessel space for cs. 根据客服要求, 对货物进行订舱、制作订舱单保持订舱单与装货单一致、将订舱单交与承运人/货代,以便其跟进船舱情况;   set esi, ams, afr, ens isf cut time to cs, and receive them with cs and carrier. get the accurate information from the cs. notice the carrier correct data in order to keep it the same as the manifest. 为客服设置esi, ams, afr, ens isf 截止时间, 并获得以上信息。在客服处得到精确数据, 通知承运人修正数据确保与载货单一致。ams,afr, isf filling & checking: receive ams, afr, isf information from cs, filling into relative system in time. meanwhile, check ams, afr status accordingly. 收集ams, afr, isf 信息, 实时完成相关系统填报,同时检查ams，afr的状态check the bill of lading and the production of the ocean shipping documents, what operation can independently import and export business.  核对提单及海运文件的制作，能独立进行进出口业务一票到底操作checking the export declaration required documents audit, making random documents and waybill, send forecast to overseas agent 出口报关所需单证的审核，制作随机文件及运单，向海外代理发送预报the entry of acｃｏｕｎｔs receivable and payable and check, production costs to confirm the financial billing; the sorting of documents and document filing.应收和应付费用的录入和核对，制作费用确认单交财务开票；单证及文档的整理归档complete other matters arranged by supervisor 完成上级所安排的其他事宜

  

personal capabilities & education

 college degree or above (logistics/foreign trade or related major is preferred) 专科及以上学历（物流/外贸或相关专业毕业优先） be carefully, serious, good communication, good teamwork spirt, open and clear ｃｈａｒacter, can under the strong working pressure. 认真细心,善于沟通，有良好的团队协作精神；性格开朗，能承受一定的工作压力；  familiar with office software, good listening and speaking ability, good communication with overseas agent independently. 熟悉office办公软件；有良好的英语听说写能力，能独立与海外代理及客户沟通 over one year trading business op experience, familiar with a single to the end mode. 有货代业务指定货操作1年以上经验，熟悉一单到底模式 strong responsibility, ability to multi-task, manage time well and finish work before deadline. 责任感强, 能同时处理多项工作任务，良好的管理工作时间并按时完成工作。

job purpose

communicated with client and monitor operations to make sure the customer satisfactory maximize profitability, cost efficient operations.
及时和客户保持沟通并安排海运出口事宜，操作及安排整个海运出口的相关事宜， 和船公司/订舱代理/车队/报关行 保持联系安排具体事宜，控制每票货物的收入和成本,为客户提供优质，高效，满意的服务。



functional responsibility 你的工作职责：
receive booking from suppliers/shippers/sales etc , make booking instruction to operation ,send pre-alert and invoice接收客户托书，根据指示操作安排海运出口事宜，货物出运后发送相关单据和费用

timely communicate and maintain good relationship with client 与客户保持实时有效的沟通

place booking to carrier, and arrange trucking/warehousing/ｄｅｌivery,follow cargo track负责海运出口货物操作，如订舱,配载及跟踪

send manifest & si to carrier/booking angency 及时发送舱单及si

key in shipment record in system 系统录入

check bl information with supplier & issue 提单的核对和签发

cfm local ｃｈａｒge with supplier & issue invoice 起运港费用的确认和***

control the income,double check the cost list from agency/trucking broker/warehouse monthly 控制收入，符合月账单成本

control cost and invoice local ｃｈａｒge to supplier accoding to the company standard ｃｈａｒge成本费用的申请及控制

proactively work to reduce risk and potential claims.有预见性地减少风险和投诉

work with customers ， vendors and other related parties to improve our performance and service.和客户，供应商和其他部门保持持续沟通，以提高日常工作质量和服务水平。

ensure the daily excellent service provided and the kpi met.保证为客户提供良好的服务

we expect 我们的期望
more than 1-year related experiences; the background for global forwarder will be preferable. 至少一年货代相关工作经验

well operation knowledge, good experience in operation and fluent english. 有操作知识，良好的操作经验及流利的英语

good working knowledgeable 具有一定的和团队知识
