上海联影医疗科技有限公司是专业从事高端医疗设备及其相关技术研发、生产、销售的高新技术企业。联影筹建于2010年并于2011年3月正式成立，总部位于上海，目前已启动运营的有部件(co) 、计算机断层扫描(ct)、移动医疗(mh) 、分子影像（mi）、磁共振(mr)、软件(sw) 、x 射线(xr)七大高端医疗设备事业部及联影研究院，未来还将启动超声(us)和放疗(rt)，是目前国内唯一一家产品线覆盖全线高端医疗影像设备的大型医疗设备公司。

联影已在上海浦东新区张江高科园、嘉定工业区以及深圳育成中心分别建立了叁大基地，进行以市场为导向的产品研发；同时,联影研究院已与中国科学院上海高等研究院、中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院等科研院所强强联手，在上海、深圳合作成立高端医疗设备技术研究中心，以吸纳一大批海内外资深的高端技术人才和愿意投身于中国自己的高端医疗设备事业的年轻技术人才，从事业内全球前瞻性技术研究，为联影各事业部的持续、加速发展提供原动力和技术支撑及导向。各大事业部与联影研究院的技术研究中心将携手开创交互并行的、梯度式的创新性研发模式，为联影实现打造中国自己的世界级医疗影像设备公司的宏伟远景奠定坚实的技术基础。

联影的总部基地位于嘉定，包含运营总部、研发中心及生产基地，一、二期计划占地约400余亩，届时将成为中国医疗行业最大规模的高技术产业化示范基地。

shanghai united imaging healthcare co., ltd. (uih) is a high-tech company dedicated to the development, manufacturing and sales of innovative medical imaging equipment and technologies. founded in march 2011, uih’s headquarters is located in shanghai jiading industrial park. with 7 major business units – components (co), computed tomography (ct), mobile health (mh), molecular imaging (mi), magnetic resonance (mr), software (sw) and x-ray (xr) – and a corporate research center (crc) in operation, as well as two business units – radiotherapy (rt) and ultrasound(us) – to be launched, uih is currently the only full-line supplier of advanced medical imaging equipment in china.

uih has established a high-tech industrialization demonstration base for advanced medical imaging equipment and related technological research, with three sites located in shanghai zhangjiang high-tech park, shanghai jiading industrial park and the shenzhen modern industry technology innovation & incubation center, all of which focus on market-oriented product r&d. meanwhile, in collaboration with the shanghai advanced research institute and the shenzhen institute of advanced technology of the chinese academy of sciences, uih has established two research centers in shanghai and shenzhen respectively, dedicated to technological research in advanced medical equipment, and staffed with world-class scientists and young talents who aspire to make contributions to china’s medical imaging industry. the advanced technology developed in the two research centers will provide uih’s 7 business units with support and guidance for their sustainable growth. the 7 business units and the two research centers aim to become leaders in medical imaging innovation, and ultimately, to help uih become a world class company in the medical imaging equipment industry.

located in jiading district, shanghai, the uih headquarters will be completed in two phases and will spread over 190,000 square meters. it will serve as uih’s hub for operations, r&d and manufacturing and will become the largest high-tech industrialization demonstration base of the healthcare equipment industry in china.
