工作职责responsibilities：
1. 负责设备维护计划，tpm系统文件管理；
2. 制订设备维护作业流程；
3. 根据pm计划实施设备的预防性维护和校正性维护；
4. 备件维护。

1. 技校、中专以上学历，机械或电气相关专业；
2. 自动化设备和热处理设备相关工作经验；
3. 具备ms office工具、机械及电气相关知识；

八小时三班倒

responsibilities:
supplier qualification & development: (new supplier&new process/ commodity)
-lead and conduct supplier qualification process includes auditing suppliers, tracking and following-up suppliers’ corrective actions
-closely work and communicate with project team in new process development
- follow development status and improvements till supplier released
-work with global sd manager to define and implement yearly supplier development plan
-work with purchasing to implement supplier strategy and optimize supplier base
supplier quality management:
-work out and ｅｘｅｃute supplier yearly audit plan for approved supplier with sqe
-set up supplier yearly target with sqe and drive supplier to achieve targets
-ａｄｄress poor performing suppliers and develop ｃｏｕｎｔermeasures with purchasing to ensure constant supply
-support supplier quality issues escalated by sqe
-claim management to suppliers
-work out and ｅｘｅｃute supplier yearly training plan with sqe
-
other tasks assigned by line manager.
requirements:
-bachelor degree preferably in mechanical engineering or other related field
work experience
-5 years’ experience with supplier management position or qm functions in automotive industry
-experienced in supplier audit per iatf16949 or vda6.3 and manufacturing process control
-proficient in quality tools such as apqp, ppap, fmea,spc ,msa
-proficient in solving skills, 5-why, 8d method
-proficient in vda6.3, cqi-9,cqi-11,cqi-12
-familiar with steel or fastener is preferred.
-ms office,sap
-fluent english and mandarin both in written and spoken
-self-motivated, result driven /goal oriented with customer focus and sense of urgency
-willing to travel extensively (up to 40%)

- 周/月/年库存计算；
- 退回原料给供应商；
- 模具，机器和固定资产收货；
- 执行持续发展、战略；
- 执行其他指派任务。
岗位要求：
- 物流和运营管理大专学历者优先，或同等更高级别和/或培训；
- 仓库管理员经验（2年）；
- 需有erp系统经验，sap系统优先；
- 行吊操作经验优先；
- 叉车驾照优先；
- 良好的沟通技巧；
- 可接受倒班。
