中电科泰雷兹航空电子有限公司是由中电科航空电子有限公司(cetca)与法国泰雷兹公司(thales)就建立平等、共赢的战略合作伙伴关系达成共识的基础上成立的合资企业。公司成立的主要宗旨是为单通道飞机打造富有竞争力的机载娱乐系统，在为股东的投资创造回报的同时增进中法美之间的经济合作和技术交流。公司以中国c919大飞机项目为契机，同时提供系统和产品支持thales全球的飞机制造商和航空公司客户。公司在成都高新西区航电产业园建立研发和生产基地，致力于将公司建设成为单通道飞机机载娱乐系统研发、生产及维修的全球卓越中心。

中电科泰雷兹航空电子有限公司于2013年2月5日正式获得成都工商行政部门颁发的营业执照，并且于2013年5月9日正式开业运营。
