嘉信力旅运公司（carlson wagonlit travel，简称cwt）, 在全球150多个国家和地区设有3000多个分支机构，总部设于法国巴黎。cwt是商务旅行管理行业的全球领导企业。2011年，cwt全球销售总额为280亿美金。

中国航空服务有限公司（简称中航服，cas）成立于1987年，是中国首家加入国际航协组织（iata）的航空客运代理企业，也是目前中国最大的航空运输代理企业之一。中航服是上市企业-中体产业的控股子公司。
