1、be key member in defining the “value-ａｄｄed-products” by providing scientific and technical data generated in application lab . be responsible for tire application lab reporting to the tire/ surface research scientist.
2、be the focal point for tire application lab establishment; specify the equipment, establish the management system, and define the test protocols.
3、response to the market and customer needs on testing. ｃｈａｒacterize our own products, interact with marketing and sales as well as customers to define the product applications through advanced equipment. develop/ standardize special testing methods to meet the needs of new product development.
4、analyze competitor’s products.
5、participate in trade shows and technical conference to enhance the business/ technical knowledge.
6、implement computer database and any other relevant information managing system.

experience /education:
1、bachelor degree or above in polymer or chemical engineering.
2、2+ years’ experiences in chemical lab or polymer research is preferred. excellent new graduate is accepｔａｂｌｅ.
3、strong skills in organizing and analyzing information from various sources.
4、good english in spoken and written.
5、a strong team player.

1、be key member in the technical area of the fabrication or fabric surface chemical treating in the reinforcement industry (pet tire cord fabric as an example).
2、providing professional technical support to our customers, meeting customers’ demands.
3、coordinating with operation, sales and quality team, acquiring information on customers’ needs.
4、acknowledging customers’ demands on product and equipment promptly, optimizing raw material system related production.
5、organizing application seminar, attending product exhibition and technical meeting, enhancing ability in business and new technical knowledge
6、cooperating with asian sales team seamlessly, acquiring intelligence on our products’ market share.
7、working closely with technical team internally, ensure to understand our quality system documents, specification and requirements on quality improvement.
8、optimizing raw material’s properties, improving our products’ performance to have competitive advantage in global market.
9、assisting in departmental technical training to technicians and operator.
10、managing internal specification of our products.

experience /education:

1、bachelor degree or above in textile engineering, chemical engineering or polymer science.
2、3 years’ experience in production or r&d related field. if excellent, fresh graduate is also welcome.
3、good communication skills with operation, quality and customers.
4、good english in spoken and written.
5、a strong team player.
