上海瑞可碧橄榄球运动俱乐部的青少年体育公益运作实体-“运动小健将”成立于2009年，是一个旨在为中国青少年提供系统化体育运动培训的公益体育项目，2012年得到上海市民政局的认可，正式成为民办非营利单位（ngo），项目总部设在上海市浦东新区张杨北路2700号。

近年来在赞助商可口可乐、捷豹路虎、 澳新银行、赛默飞世尔科技、福斯中国和社会各界的支持下，组织已迅速发展为一个相对较大和高度专业的体育组织，目前项目在上海7个行政区的14所合作学校和社区机构平均每周覆盖3000多个孩子，这说明运动小健将可能已成为中国最大的青少年体育教学公益组织。

运动小健将的价值观：健身和健康、团队合作和公平竞争、多样性和包容性、个人和团体共同进步。

sport for all foundation is a charitable foundation based in?shanghaiwhose main purpose is to provide high quality sports coaching to local chinese children. sport for all foundation (sfa) was founded in 2009 as the charitable arm of the shanghai rugby football club. after rapid development, it now has a strong and independent infrastructure, with a director of coaching managing a coaching team of 13 coaches. the coaching director, plus ancillary administration staff, all report to the ＥＸＥＣutive director. governance of the foundation is overseen by a board, and the coaching director is required to attend and present to quarterly board meetings.

sport for all has a strong sponsorship base, including coca cola, anz bank, thermo fisher, fuchs and jaguar land rover. sfa has grown quickly into a relatively large and highly professional sports organization, with more than 3,000 children being coached per week, either at the shanghai community sports club grounds in wai gao qiao, or as part of outreach programmes in the schools。
