客户管理 区域销售 渠道销售 职位概述：主要负责altair的产品在负责领域重点客户的开拓和维护。负责领域：华北区高校客户、中科院、国家科研院所、轨道交通等等。岗位职责： ■目标：通过发展战略客户来扩大业务区域 ■制定区域销售计划和战略客户计划，建立销售渠道；
■进行日常销售拜访、客户拜访、管理预测、撰写报价单、价格谈判等；
■充分了解altair软件的功能特点和优势，给客户传递软件价值和解决方案，完成销售目标；
■与战略客户建立长期合作伙伴关系；
■与渠道合作伙伴密切合作，扩大并寻求潜在的商业机会；
■与公司内部应用工程师密切合作，获取产品技术知识；
■与市场部门、技术部门协作，做好产品推广。
任职要求
： ■3年以上cae软件销售经验，有处理单笔订单或售前技术支持经验或者3年以上cae软件售前工程师工作经验，有志于从事销售行业；
■对于国家投资的客户（如大型国企、科研院所等），有丰富的销售经验者优先；
■有cae技术背景优先，有客户工程师背景优先；
■具有出色的沟通和表达能力，思维活跃；
■积极的态度，较强的学习能力，团队协同工作能力强；
■拥有优秀的组织协调能力；
■能够独立工作并承担出差任务。 优先条件： ■本科以上学历：力学、电子、汽车、飞机等专业优先；
■对cae软件应用有一定的了解或使用cae软件等。

basic functions: 

the initial focus will be on software integrity assurance. the altair compose software integrity engineer is fully responsible for the testing and evaluation of the product for various use cases on different platforms. he or she will work with the compose program manager and the development team, providing feedback on functionality, usability, accuracy, precision and performance during the development and release cycle. based on performance, the candidate will be offered the option to gradually take on compose customer support engineer role. as support engineer he or she will work with customers directly or indirectly. depending on the actual needs, altair provides opportunities for domestic or global technical training and business trips.

duties and responsibilities: 

？ understand customer requirements and proposed solutions/designs by compose team.

？ evaluate, develop and implement test procedures for automating compose testing.

？ ｃｒｅａｔｅ, maintain and report ｅｘｅｃution of test cases.

？ report and validate defect relating to compose .

？ get trained for other altair products and businesses.

？ work with software integrity team mates of other altair math solution products. 

？ work with business development manager & other support engineers locally or globally to produce compose solutions.

requirements: 

？ strong working experience with numerical analysis software such as matlab, scilab, octave with good knowledge of math functions is a must. 

？ experience in programming and ｓｃｒｉｐｔing languages such as c/c++, python is desired. 

？ strong communication skills (verbal/written) - the ability to articulate clearly and succinctly to a variety of audiences (pms, developers, support team, customers, etc)

？ familiarity with other operating systems such as unix and linux systems is preferred.

minimum education required:  

？ bachelors or ｍａｓｔｅｒ’s degree in engineering; msc in math or statistics.

interview process

？ in general we will have two rounds of interviews. 

？ the first interview would be done via phone call for technical background, work experience, etc. 

？ candidates who passed the first interview will join us in the altair shanghai office for the second round of interview, with a broader group of altair employees. 

hyperworks技术支持工程师（广州）

工作职责:

负责altair hyperworks前后处理与优化的技术支持工作；
帮助客户制定结构仿真解决方案；
参与仿真相关的咨询项目；
负责解决客户遇到的实际问题等

任职要求:

基本:

力学、机械工程等理工科相关专业，硕士以上学历；
熟悉有限元技术和优化理论，力学基础扎实；
有hyperworks等软件的实际应用经验；
至少熟练使用hypermesh或optistruct等软件中的一种，或者熟悉类似软件；
较强的沟通、协调和人际交往能力，一定的演讲能力；
大学英语六级或相当水平，良好的英语口语、阅读能力 ；
具有实际仿真项目经验或结构优化项目经验优先；
能适应短期出差；
