job purpose:
responsible for running product management for responsible product lines (norax/film/aggregate etc.) in terms of development and growth, profitability, new product introductions, pricing, product strategy and portfolio, etc. supporting for product lines (norax/film/aggregate etc.) in terms of technical support & market knowing.

core responsibility：
1product management (product capability, lead-time, solution package)
drive growth of the respective product lines (norax/film/aggregate etc.) to ensure product capability, price performance and solution package through reasonable product pricing, competitive product strategy & portfolio, specifics and ensure its implementation.
2new product introduction and development
to plan and drive new product launch into the market and manage the profitability of the new product. tracking of new products’ profitability and sales trend. drive market introduction (flyers, catalog, etc.) of new products and technologies as required.
3technical support
new product performance test and technical support for coated abrasives.
provide necessary application and technical support to the field.

* typical education level：
bachelor’s degree or above, engineering background e.g. mechanical engineering or material engineering.

over 2 years’ work experience in industrial area

 -        support hr manager to implement learning and development program 

 -        organize and launch internal communication program timely and transparency 

 -        working together with other teams to build learning organization 

 -        independently responsible for the organization and implementation of customized training and workshops for professional skills and general skills; 

 -        responsible for the organization and arrangement of all kinds of internal online and offline communication activities, such as offline meeting, internal media 

 -        responsible for online learning platform incl. but not limited as promoting course, tracking results, statistics report… 

 -        work together with other teams on new employee orientation 

 -        support the development and implementation of the company’s management skills courses 

 -        support the annual learning plan and internal staff communication needs research, implementation and continuous improvement          

* typical education level 

 - bachelor’s degree and above 

 * relevant experience, knowledge and skills ： 

 - 3+ years working experience, at least one-year training related working experience 

- proven track record of organizing and launching internal activities, especially training program 

 - systematic approach and project thinking 

 - fluent in written and spoken english
