a potential supplier isidentified, and an on-site audit isperformed to assess the supplier’s processes and capabilities. supplier qualityperformance is monitored and periodic audits are performed to verify that approvedpractices continue to be followed. a root cause analysis is undertaken for allquality issues, and corrective action is taken. supplier quality is ranked andthe sqe works with the supplier to continually improve their quality.???? ?

responsibilities:

·?????capability& process audits

·?????qualitymanagement system (qms) audits

·?????rootcause analysis and corrective actions

·?????resolve suppliertechnical issues in a timelymanner to ensurecontinuity of supply

·?????evaluatesupplier quality data to identify improvement opportunities and increasesupplier capability within the supply chain

·?????monitor, communicate and improve key supply chain kpi’sto prevent quality issues?

·?????promotecontinuous improvement and quality awareness

·?????travel to supplier locations to resolve qualityissues

·?????establish specificshort/long-term supplier qualitygoals

·?????assistwith first article sample approval

·?????managesupplier ppm’s (parts per million)

·?????supportand lead process improvement activities at thesupplier

·?????conduct benchmarking studies to determine best practices

·?????develop long‐term supplierrelationships to ensure continualimprovement

·?????evaluation and qualification of new suppliers

·?????actively manage suppliers to ensure there are no regressions with the implementation of new processes

·?????aide in the new, probationary and rejected suppliertransition processes

·?????assure compliance to all applicable local legal requirements

·?????knowledgeof apqp, feea, spc, 8d 6-sigma, dfmea, pfema

·?????knowledgeof ppap

·?????experiencein a factory & manufacturing environment

·?????practicalquality assurance experience

·?????experiencedealing with customers and suppliers

·?????computerskills – cad, excel, etc.

·?????familiarwith international standards like astm, asme, jis, din, ul, csa, ce

·?????familiarwith environmental standards like rohs, reach, etc.

·?????fastenerknowledge, casting, forging, stamping, heat treatment, plating

·?????understandmanufacturing processes

·?????knowledgeof measurement techniques

engineering degree or equivalent

five years in supplier quality management

three years of experience in the fastener industry

iso 9001:2015 certified lead auditor

工作内容：

1.提高供应商的生产质量

2.处理相关采购部门的一些日常问题，确保采购的零件或产品符合规范和要求.

3. 确保oem产品的采购和供应过程中的质量，对现有供应商执行产品质量的监督和负责开发图纸的审核.

4.开展新产品的测试工作，根据不同产品制定测试标准，了解各种产品的质量关键环节.

5.基于产品的要求，评估以及报价，调查供应商的生产能力，跟进问题处理和供应商问题报告.

6.建立适当的生产过程控制计划，主导和监督计划的正确实施.

7.积极与供应商合作，提高他们的生产能力与技术以保持一贯的品质。

要求：

1.本科学历及以上，机械工程/材料测试等相关专业.

2.掌握质量控制工具，例如apqp，fmea，spc，8d等.

3.了解紧固件产品的astm标准和制造工艺.

4.至少3年紧固件生产工作或工作经验 .

5. 熟悉冲压，锻压，机械加工，热处理和/或表面处理工艺.

6.能适应快节奏的工作环境，能同时处理多种产品任务.

7.可以在压力下工作.

8.良好的团队协作和沟通能力.

9.良好的英文能力（口语和书面）和计算机能力.

10.能适应国内出差.
