5. 不合格品管理，制定行动计划和零件处理
6. 管理工位审核
7. 支持内部审核并跟进
8. 支持新项目的流程审核(fai, fmr)

任职要求：
1大专历以上， 电气或机械专业优先；
2.会使用常用的检验工具和、仪器熟悉扭力，压接工具的校验；
3.熟悉办公自动化软件（word、excel）
4.了解iso9001和ehs；
5.具有高度的责任心和良好的沟通能力；
6.如具有良好英语书写能力者优先。

what are my responsibilities?

 

as junior acｃｏｕｎｔant , you will report directly to site controller.

you are required to  arrange payment by e-bank timely and correctly, ensure that bank and cash transactions are accurate and in line with internal procedures,

 issue customer invoices according to internal procedures and perform the vendor invoice validation (3-way matching) and booking.

 

your responsibilities include:

 

review staff reimbursement/payment request amounts and attached invoices & supporting documents, ensure the rationality according to employee handbook, doa policy and group’s e&c guiｄｅｌine handle all the cash and bank activities timely and accurately and compliant with internal control procedureperform 3-way matching to validate and book vendor invoicesbook entries into financial software for cash/bank transaction, accrued provision, depreciation and other expenses required. ensure to provide the accurate ledger in ｃｈａｒgeissue customer invoice according to internal procedure, prepare invoice list for output vat checkbond management: cooperate with project controller and central treasury team as well as external banks to ensure bonds are issued on time, follow-up expired bonds collection
