We are looking for a communications specialist to:
? Support China Corporate Communications team in ｄｅｌivery of our communication’s strategy and agenda, especially in the areas of internal communications and CSR;
? ｅｘｅｃute various internal communications activities such as hosting regular townhalls, drafting newsletters, organizing dialogue sessions etc.;
? Manage the firm’s CSR projects in terms of budgeting, ｅｘｅｃution, outcome review etc.;
? Support ongoing and ad-hoc communication activities across the function.

Your expertise :
? 2-5 year’s work/project experience as the communication specialist with proven track record, especially in the fields of internal communications, corporate culture or corporate social responsibility (CSR);
? Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, and ability to convey complex information in a simple way;
? Excellent power points and excel skills, expertise in digital marketing/social media is a plus;
? ｄｅｌivery focused and service oriented, always looking to go the extra mile;
? Pro-active, detail-oriented, forward-thinking and output-driven;
? Innovative, able to think out of box and challenge the status quo for efficiency and effectiveness;
? Strong team player and highly professional, experienced in building and developing strong relationships with colleagues;
? Ability to work under pressure to strict deadline and enjoying a rapidly changing environment;
? Deep knowledge of UBS or the industry is an advantage.
