1、Responsible for routine order management
2、Support sales team to develop new customers, maintain business.
3、Follow up on production shipment status to ensure on time ｄｅｌivery, strong follow-up ability to solve critical issue with factory and customer.
4、Respond promptly to customer inquiries - obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
5、Handle and resolve customer complaints
6、Customer relationship management-deal directly with customers either by telephone, email, or face to face, etc.
7、Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
8、Be good at managing the BOM and changing request in assembly level.
