Own, implement and manage Multi-vessel Process at Marine Division level.-ａｄｄ projected ships from 3rd party intelligence report(Clarksons and S&P), which are not in Host Management System. -ｃｒｅａｔｅ newbuilding projects/opportunities not yet reported by business unit project managers. -Work with business unit project managers to map all projects with 3rd party intelligence report to secure best market coverage. Facilitate marine division 4S dashboard into fully operation.-work with commercial excellence China to track, analyze and improve 4S dashboard in marine.-support marine division and business unit to improve opportunity management in activity level. OneCRM local business owner and superuser.- Support organization in fostering correct and consistent use of OneCRM.- Ensure data quality and consistency.- Collect, prioritize, and share local business needs/requirements.Support business managers to analyze commercial data across relevant databases.- Supporting the development of global dashboards- Responsibility for mapping and fulfilling data-analysis and dashboards needs.Requirements:Knowledge & Skills: 1.Bachelor’s degree or above2.Business Administration or data-related degree3.Logical thinker and strong analytical skills4.Experienced with large data sets in coding, classification.5.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint6.Knowledge of OneCRM/Microsoft Dynamics is a plus7.Fluent in English speaking & writing with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels8.Excellent organizational and communication skills9.Familiar with Power BI, Power Apps and SQL is preferred
