1.Bridge between BU central and local about products & applications, reflect local market demand, manage PC by segment market intelligence 2.Technical solution support to sales, distributors & customers from general segment market view3.Train internal and external including making and updating internal product & application training materials and the training plan4.Visit customers and cooperate with sales for customer partnership and business development5.Draft products and applications solution guiｄｅｌine and instruction for new markets such like clean-tech Fuel cell, DC-immersion cooling, Energy storage etc. by work with central6.Hold seminar and webinar etc in customers or market, and support marketing with specific technology for market promotion7.Optimize business development process by summarized and simpler solutions of each segment market applications, and participate in sales tools development8.Manage competitor intelligence9.Customer prototype testing supports and issue solving10.Drive new products’ local launching and developmentRequirements:Knowledge: ?Bachelor’s degree or above in A/C, refrigeration, thermal engineeringSkills: ?Fluent written and spoken English (required)?Excellent presentation skills in public ?Problem solving and target oriented?Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills?Able to see the whole picture, as well as have an eye for details;?Fast learner;?Be familiar with office software (required).
