Who you are:1.Run production planning according to company business plan to monitor ｍｉｄ-term capacity and figure out capacity needed to meet S&OP demand.根据业务需要, 运行生产计划相关工作。监控中期的产能，根据S&OP给出的市场需求预测计算出所需的产能。2.Make short term daily production plan and follow up deviation and timely adjust plan.制定每日生产计划，跟踪结果。如有偏差，及时反馈和调整。3.Cooperate with Make TM, OH, and MP to sychornize E2E plan in ERP systerm, as well as in real production, to reduce WIP and waste.与生产团队的TM，订单处理，材料计划一起合作，在ERP系统和实际组装中实现从订单接收到交付的E2E同步化，以减少WIP和消除浪费。4.Visualize production plan long-term and short term, follow up PIs to meet KPI targert.长期和短期的产能可视化管理，跟踪PI以实现KPI目标。5.Continuously improve production planning.持续改善生产计划About the job:1.Prepare indicator data before SB performance meeting/ SB业绩会议前准备相关指标数据2.Review and ｕｐｄａｔｅ capacity status in SB meeting./ SB会议上更新产能的实时情况3.Make daily production plan for make team./制定生产日计划4.Follow MRP proposals, handle MRP action messages to syｃｈｒonize SO-PRO-PO, to reduce waste. / 根据MRP行动建议，采取行动，以同步SO-Production order-PO，消除浪费。5.Support order handling team with capacity & material availibility check./ 持续订单处理员产能和材料查询。6.Support order handling with big project scheduling./ 支持订单处理完成大项目生产计划7.Production order maintenance (Start date, end date, queue time)/ 生产订单维护（启动时间、结束时间、等待时间等）8.Timely tracking of production order DOT, ensuring SO DOT/ 跟踪生产订单准时交付率，以支持SO准时交付率9.Tack N4M capacity and send request capacity to Make TM and adjust capacity together with Make TM.跟踪下4个月的产能，向生产TM提出产能需求与TM一起调整产能。10.Outsourcing material management (Baseline, frontline, cutting hole etc)./ 处理物料外发加工 （接管、板片割孔等）11.JIT material management (Coordination, parameter ｕｐｄａｔｅ)./ JIT物料管理，包括日常协调、参数调整What you know:1.Bachelor degree with technical education or equivalent experience理科本科学历或同等经历2.Fair English both in written and spoken良好的英语口语和书面表达能力3.Fair knowledge on stock control and statistics具备库存管理和统计的知识
