工作目标 Objectives:
1. 确保项目按时，按要求完成。
To ensure the project achievement according to time schedule and related target requirement.
2. 确保供应商配合完成项目定义的各种指标
To ensure supplier cooperate with ebmpapst to achieve defined KPI of project
3. 确保供应商价格合理及有市场竞争力
To ensure all the price bought from supplier are reasonable and competitive
工作任务 Tasks:
1. 负责本地化项目和成本降低项目
Responsible for local design project, localization project and cost down project
2. 负责零部件释放
Responsible for part release
3. 根据图纸和技术要求与研发合作选择合适的供应商
Cooperate with RD department to ｓｅｌｅｃｔ the qualified material according to the specification, drawing and technical requirement
4. 与商务采购合作，实施和优化供应商库和采购策略
Cooperate with commercial purchasing to optimize/implement the supplier pool/strategy
5. 领导交付的其他事项

岗位要求 Requirements:
1. 本科以上学历，机械类专业优先
Business or technical major
2. 至少3到5年项目采购经验，跨国公司优先
Min. 3-5years working experience in area project purchasing in international company;
3. 技术背景，逻辑性强
Strong logic and technical mind set;
4. 卓越的沟通及谈判技巧
Excellent communication skill and negotiation skill;
5. 高效，学习意愿强
Work efficient, eager to learn, persuasive,
6. 英语流利，会德语更佳
Fluent English (oral and written), German is nice to have;
7. 熟练使用办公软件
MS skill is required;
