职责描述:1.Familiarize with the European luxury goods industry and have extensive experience in seller incubation and operations. Ability to quickly manage and categorize sellers, understand the product structure and source situation of sellers in different categories, and develop growth paths for Key Accounts (KA) and Priority Key Accounts (PKA) sellers. Provide growth assistance to sellers at different levels and continuously optimize the merchant operations mechanism.2.Understand the cross-border luxury e-commerce system and develop different development goals for sellers based on platform characteristics and model requirements. Coordinate and solve problems for sellers after onboarding, promote product expansion, and accelerate sales growth.3.Gain insights into the operational dynamics of competitors, analyze platform user composition and popular product categories, identify business opportunities, and drive the growth of sellers at different levels and types.4.Familiarize with the trends in the luxury goods market, collect and manage leads at the product level, understand new products, best-selling styles, and inventory structure of European products in the Chinese market. Improve user relationships and stickiness through product accumulation, anticipate industry opportunities, and apply them to different sellers.5.Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams such as Product and Business Intelligence (BI), identify seller/operations pain points, and drive the implementation of optimized solutions to continuously improve customer experience.
