职责描述：1.Familiarize with the US fashion and luxury goods industry and have extensive experience in seller incubation and operations. Ability to quickly manage and categorize sellers, understand the product structure and source situation of sellers in different categories, and develop growth paths for Key Acｃｏｕｎｔs. Provide growth assistance to sellers at different levels and continuously optimize the merchant operations mechanism.2.Understand the cross-border fashion e-commerce system and develop different development goals for sellers based on platform ｃｈａｒacteristics and moｄｅｌ requirements. Coordinate and solve problems for sellers after onboarding, promote product expansion, and accelerate sales growth.3.Gain insights into the operational dynamics of competitors, analyze platform user composition and popular product categories, identify business opportunities, and drive the growth of sellers at different levels and types.4.Familiarize with the fashion and luxury goods market trends, collect and manage leads at the product level, and understand new products, best-selling styles, and inventory structure of US products in the Chinese market. Improve user relationships and stickiness through product accumulation, anticipate industry opportunities, and apply them to different sellers.5.Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams such as Product and Business Intelligence (BI), identify seller/operations pain points, and drive the implementation of optimized solutions to improve customer experience continuously.
