Objective of Job

Support Plant Scheduling,Supplier ｄｅｌivery Crisis Management for KP1KD parts supply shortages

Brief Task Deｓｃｒｉｐｔion (A Job Deｓｃｒｉｐｔion document must be completed prior to official employment activity)
Support Plant Schedulina with Europe Supply teamtrack KP1 scheduling and production status Monitor LT of work order release from Europe to plant and from pant to supplier Daily meeting with plant Supply team and pilot for risk animation Run regular crisis meeting with critical suppliers to track ｄｅｌiveries
Analyse potential vehicle losses on KP1 and provide escalation support with functional teams
Collecting supplier feedback on surveys with related riskslike COVID19Semi-conductor shortage etc Coordinate for all support needed in supply field to secure plant production
Qualifications(Education,ExperienceSkillsCompetence etc.) Education
Bachelor Degree(Supply Chain Managementor Business Management preferred)


岗位要求
Skills &Experience:
1.3+years working experience in supply chainpurchasing or transportationautomotive experience desirable
2.Strong sense of responsibility,open mind for intercultural experience,team working.
3.Excellent knowledge of MS Office(especially Excel and Power Point),SAP or other ERP system knowledge is an advantage
4.Fluent English-writing and speaking.Frequent meetings with Europe are needed.
5.Ability to work independently as well as being able to identify and implement new processes according to milestones and deadlines
6.Good communicationcomprehension and analytical skills,fast response to crisis solutionstrong ｅｘｅｃutive force
