使命岗位目标
根据STLA质量标准要求，确保对CQCA成都工厂生产的KP1出汽车从项目阶段到系列阶段进行100%验收。
主要职责岗位职责
对于CBU BO：在STLA BO参考的基础上，对KP1汽车进行BO检查，包括100%的静态方面和功能，以及频繁的（采样率~20%-待定）动态驾驶测试。
对BO中检测到的缺陷进行跟踪和记录。CQCA返工后，通过DCH/QUA报告系统每周报告结果。准备好向所有相关团队展示和分享缺陷。
在出现质量危机（S/P/A缺陷和批次缺陷）时，上报STLA。
根据产能/效率动画和现场质量问题反馈，调整和更新BO检查表。
记录/反馈CQCA CVT（Q-End of Line check）可检测性结果，与相关CQCA和STLA团队讨论，根据BO和CVT之间的相关性来决定和分析验收可检测性问题，以实施改进计划。
根据STLA NVP/S/R（新车准备/储存/接收）标准，支持对KP1出口汽车从工厂到装船的RUA（参考独特外观-物流外观快速检查）审计。
技术技能
专业技能-熟悉车辆制造工艺、质量标准和控制方法；
->3年OEM车辆质量检测经验。
-熟练使用Microsoft Office（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）。
-有组织、负责、团队合作精神，对车辆、功能检查和驾驶检查有批判性和激情。
-C1驾照是必须的。
有过汽车4S店铺经验加分，有过AUDIT评审加分，
-英语写作和口语交流/在线会议。
如果会法语是一个加分项。

Mission Position Objectives
According to STLA quality standards, ensure 100% acceptance of KP1 vehicles produced by CQCA Chengdu factory from project stage to series stage.
Main responsibilities and job responsibilities
For CBU BO: Based on the STLA BO reference, conduct BO inspections on KP1 vehicles, including 100% static aspects and functionality, as well as frequent (sampling rate~20% - to be determined) dynamic driving tests.
Track and record the defects detected in BO. After CQCA rework, report the results weekly through the DCH/QUA reporting system. Be prepared to showcase and share defects with all relevant teams.
When there is a quality crisis (S/P/A defects and batch defects), report to STLA.
Adjust and ｕｐｄａｔｅ the BO checklist based on production capacity/efficiency animations and on-site quality feedback.
Record/feedback CQCA CVT (Q-End of Line check) detectability results, discuss with relevant CQCA and STLA teams, determine and analyze acceptance detectability issues based on the correlation between BO and CVT, and implement improvement plans.
According to the STLA NVP/S/R (New Vehicle Preparation/Storage/Receipt) standard, support the RUA (Reference Unique Appearance - Logistics Appearance Quick Inspection) audit of KP1 export vehicles from the factory to shipment.
Technical skills
Professional skills - Familiar with vehicle manufacturing processes, quality standards, and control methods;
->3 years of experience in OEM vehicle quality testing.
-Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Has an organized, responsible, and teamwork spirit, with critical and passionate attitude towards vehicle, functional, and driving inspections.
-A C1 driver’s license is required.
Having experience in automotive 4S stores and AUDIT reviews is a bonus,
-English writing and oral communication/online meetings.
Knowing French is a bonus.
