Customer Support
Work directly with international customers.
Customer support represents the company to perform regular duty, include but not limit to:
§ Communicate with customers regarding new project kick off and product features.
§ Answer customer questions regarding product utilization or accessing.
§ Process customer Purchase order.
§ Deal with customer complaint or concern.
§ Receive customer visit.
§ Visit customer at customer site.
§ Translate documentation and interpret in various occasions.
§ Important personality: Patience, Negotiation, Positive attitude, Attention to details.

Education and Certification.
English graduates preferred, with EXCELLENT level of English listen, Speak, Read and write.
Other graduates carrying CET 6 (Score 425 minimum) preferred with GOOD level of English listen, Speak, Read and write.
