This role is reporting to SC Planning Leader. He/she is a key player of China Supply Chain Planning Team and responsible for managing an overall demand and supply planning from China sites to eight sales clusters worldwide.
1. Manage and optimize S&OP process and make sure streamlined connection and synｃｈｒonizing between demand and supply, sales units to produciton sites.
2. Organize monthly review meeting with global sales clusters to validate and analyze not only short/ｍｉｄ demand but also long term (5 year) working planning.
3. Work with site planning to develop monthly supply plan for AI and formulation, identify key risks and implement contingency actions.
4. Review the medium and long-term capacity for sites and 3rd party suppliers and prepare supply strategy and scenarios.
5. Secure end-to-end efficient supply by managing working plan, RFC, allocation, inventory and spot orders etc. effectively.
6. Analyze China planning KPIs and provide analysis & reports and develop improvement plan.
7. Keep good communication and trustful working relationships with key stakeholders, like GSC, ｃｏｕｎｔries and site supply chain etc.
8. Bachelor or ｍａｓｔｅｒ degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or MIS, etc.
9. CPIM certification is plus.
10. Agriculture, Chemical or FMCG industry background is preferred.
