Collect necessary information, documents, samples from the suppliers in order to promote the Core-leap and strategic projects, coordination and alignment between China procurement team and strategic sourcing with HQ.
1. Follow up the actions with the suppliers after the meetings in order to promote the Core-Leap and strategic projects;
2. Supports on China operation sourcing and procurement;
3. Check and follow up the suppliers’ development schedule through questinnaire, meetings, discussions;
4. Coordinate and align the projects between other functions in China sourcing center (procurement team, R&D and registration);
5. Attend the meetings with suppliers at office, exhibitions, etc.
