This position administers a variety of people training and developing programs to improve the knowledge and skills critical to effective performance and leadership. And it is a global and region contact window for this function of ZASS plant.
1. Yearly training planning
-Design site annual TNA process and template.
-Support Business HR to collect training needs by interview, questionnaire, PPS feedback, analyze and propose appropriate training program based on the whole business demands, dept goals, individual position requirements.
-Source proper training vendor, control within budget, draft yearly training plan with strong justification for upper-level review and approval including HR Manager, Plant manager.
2. Orientation & OJT training
-100% enrolment for all new employees’ orientation & OJT training upon IATF16949 requirements and internal/external audit requirements
3. Training Procedure & Implementation
-execute and follow training plan, maintain training records and certificates.
-Coordinate the training implementation, including overseas training, domestic (public or in-house workshop on registration, payment, recording, assessment etc.
-Provide support to functional head in designing employee development program based on competency gap assessment to retain the key performers.
-Follow up the evaluation and measurement of the effectiveness of the training program.
Internal training & Learning
-Act as an internal trainer to deliver courses to relative dept/participants.
-Improve and develop new opportunities for people learning, guarantee feasible and executable, e.g. E-learning promotion.
-Design and proceed site internal trainers’ development.
4. Internal training & Learning

5. Talent Development
-Support business HR to refresh Skill Matrix/job competencies through communication with department head, identify skill gaps to develop following action plan to improve e.g. Training.
-Act as key user for campus development conference and talent conference to support Business HR to build up talent pipeline.

-Engagement Survey & Follow up action tracking
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Educational: Bachelor’s degree, major in Human Resources Management is preferred.
- Experience: More than 2 years training implementation and delivery experiences in Manufacture plants.
- Self-motivated and willing to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of auto industry is desired.
- Good at English and Mandarin communication.
- Good problem-solving skills, PC processing skills.
- People-oriented, a good communicator, team player.
- Integrity, active and brave to express directly, keep job simple & straight.
- Good interpersonal skills, mature & good commitment to the company.
