Position : Coordinator - Supply Chain Coordination

Job Deｓｃｒｉｐｔions

1. Follow up orders with vendors. customers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time ｄｅｌivery

与供应商、内部部门沟通，确保客户满意度与准时出货

2.Report overall production schedule and progress, coordinate with every department in order to achieve ultimate work efficiency

汇报整体生产进度，与各部门协调，以达到最终的工作效率

3. Maintain strong business relationships with vendors for product development and production

与供应商保持良好的业务关系，确保开发与生产顺利进行

4. Provide solutions and support to ensure smooth production and manufacturing process

及时发现生产过程中出现的问题，并提供解决方案。

5. Work closely with the colleagues in different locations on quotation and follow-up merchandising production control and order follow-up与同事们密切合作，完成订单报价、生产与出货相关跟进工作

6. Perform other duties as assigned by Management

完成上级交代的其他工作

Requirements

1.Diploma or Above in related field

相关专业大专以上学历

2. At least 2 years experience of relevant products

2年以上的相关工作经验

3. Good command of written English, literate in Microsoft office programs;

良好的英语读写能力、熟练操作办公软件;

4. Good communication skil customer oriented, solf-motivated, team playerand problem solver, be able to work under pressure.

良好的沟通能力、顾客导向、自我激励，团队合作精神，普于解决问题，能适应在压力环境下工作。

5. Travel is required if needed
