Your Profile:

Bachelor degree and above, Major in Engineering, Automation and etc. More than 5 years in related experience in Industrial field Good command of English speaking EHS Knowledge Quality mindset

Your Responsibilities:

Meet assigned repair/M&U sales target budget Look for opportunity of Repair and M&Us Generate all necessary information and lead to draft a preliminary proposal Coordinate supporting engineering and other resources in accordance with project specific requirements, to ensure timely and high quality inputs, cost effective solutions to proposal. Technical communication and clarification with client Review technical specification and cost with huludao workshop, Region team and PCCs. Prepare required relevant documents for internal project approval process as per company guiｄｅｌines. Participate in technical clarification/negotiation meetings with design institutes, customers, represent and negotiate own scope. Support CM to hand over own scope to project ｅｘｅｃution. Develop and maintain historical project proposal database. Continuous development and improvement of opportunity of own area of responsibility to improve the winning chances. Support project independent market peｎｅｔration activities and pre-acquisition.
