For the projects assigned to him/her, ensure that objectives are met and improved in terms of quality, lead-time and margin, and ensure customer satisfaction both internally and externally. 对于分配给他/她的项目，确保在质量、交付周期和利润方面满足和改进目标，并确保客户在内部和外部的满意度。
Main missions主要任务
1 – Reach and improve on the objectives in terms of Quality, Lead-time and Margin for projects 1 达到并提升在质量、领先时间和项目利润方面的目标
- Lead the project team in line with the group standards and Development Process, arbitrate decision-making (where necessary with the help of department heads), in order to meet the objectives for project margin, quality and lead-time. -领导项目团队遵守集团标准和开发流程，制定决策（必要时向各部门经理寻求帮助）以满足项目的利润目标，质量和交货时间。
- Monitor the accuracy of the data entered at project launch, following the quotes retained and the offer accepted by the customer. -监督在项目启动时输入的数据的准确性，跟踪报价保留和客户接受的报价。
- Pilot and lead the economic improvement actions throughout the project, and exchanges with the project team and Department Heads. -负责整个项目的经济改善行动，并与项目组和部门经理进行沟通。
- Initialise the budgetary objectives, working with the project teams (PR/PV). -初始化预算目标，并与项目团队共同协作（PR/ PV）。
- With their team, prepare the phase transitions and present them, with the associated action plans, to the Validation Committee -与他们的团队一起准备阶段转换，并将相关的行动计划提交给审批委员会
- Manage the modifications requested by the customer or by an internal service, and propose technical-economic changes, in order to improve project margins -管理由客户或内部服务提出的修改要求，并提出技术优化建议，以提高项目利润率
- Decide upon internal modifications to be undertaken, in agreement with the project group -与项目组达成协议，决定进行以上内部修改
- Be responsible for the commitments of the project team, in order to ensure completion margins are met -负责监督项目团队的承诺，以确保达到利润率
- Validate purchase requests -批复采购申请
- With the project team, anticipate the risks associated with the project (technical, economic, deadline-related, or quality-related), and obtain the support of services and departments if project ｅｘｅｃution does not go according to plan, and to reinforce the associated action plans 与项目团队一起，预测与项目相关的风险（技术，经济，期限相关或与质量相关），如果项目执行不按计划进行，则获得服务和部门的支持，并加强相关行动计划
-Ensure product/process pre-validation for new concepts -确保新概念产品/工艺流程进行了提前审批
- With the project team, feedback on their project management -与项目团队一起，对项目管理进行反馈
- Ensure the ｄｅｌivery date is met and that initial samples are compliant -确保交货期符合要求，并符合初始样品的要求 - Ensure the billing schedule is respected -确保遵守计费时间表
- Ensure that the project file is constantly ｕｐｄａｔｅd (action plans, agenda, profitability, etc.): see "monthly report" -确保项目文件保持在更新的状态（行动计划、日程、盈利能力等）：详见“月度报告”
- From launch, initialize and implement a project improvement plan, and ensure that it is followed through in order to meet profitability objectives in Production Units (PUs). -从启动开始，初始化并实施项目改进计划，并确保遵循该计划以实现生产单位（PU）中的盈利目标。
- Compare the level of margins calculated, by the plant and by the project, with the plant results -结合工厂实际运营结果，比较工厂和项目计算的利润水平；
- Collect the real technical data and implement the convergence plan in line with the objectives set 收集真实的技术数据，实现与目标线的衔接计划；
- Pilot the planning, production, and ｄｅｌivery of the parts requested by the customer, and the internal checks, before the plant takes on mass production. - 在工厂进行批量生产之前，试运行客户要求的零件的计划，生产和交付，以及进行内部检查。 - Ensure intra-group financial flows are defined with the customer, for validation by the BU Management Controller -确保与客户一起定义组内财务流程，以供BU财务管理进行批复。

- ｕｐｄａｔｅ and distribute the project action plan in line with the frequency required by the project milestones 更新和分发项目行动计划，并遵守项目里程碑所需的频率；
- Organise and lead customer project reviews, and ensure that each meeting with the customer ends in an agreement on a common report including action plans, deadlines, and economic developments - 组织并领导客户项目审核，并确保与客户的每次会议以共同报告的协议结束，包括行动计划，截止日期和经济发展
- Ensure project reporting takes place in line with the group standards - 确保项目报告符合集团标准
- Follow the correct planning of internal investment requests and contribute to their formulation - 按照正确的内部投资计划并致力于计划的制定
- Lead and steer the project review, and ensure the action plan is correctly implemented to guarantee the ｄｅｌiverables in time, and alert the Department Heads and/or the Departments concerned in case of problems or ｄｅｌays - 领导和指导项目审查，确保行动计划得到正确实施，以及时保证可交付成果，并在出现问题或延误时向部门主管和/或有关部门发出警报
3 – Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the Development process -致力于持续改善发展过程
- Capitalise on the experience of teams allowing improvement in our technical and economic results, and ensure capitalisation in all business lines -利用团队的经验，改善我们的技术和经济成果，并确保所有业务线的资本化
- Capitalise on customer knowledge, to adapt our plans to customer milestones -根据客户知识，使我们的计划适应客户的里程碑计划

Use and follow processes, instruction sheets and appendices and propose improvements. 使用和遵循流程、说明书和附录并提出改进建议。
Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with safety and environmental protection instructions. 确保按照安全和环保指示进行工作。
Take into acｃｏｕｎｔ the integration of prevention systems for health/safety and environmental protection within his/her missions. 考虑到在他/她的任务中整合健康/安全和环境保护预防系统。

- Age= lesser than 40, 28-35 in priority -年龄：40岁以下，28-35岁优先
- 5 years experienced minimum as Project manager for Tier1/2 automotive supplier -5年以上Tier1/2汽车供应商项目经理工作经验
- Proven knowledge of KPC products (radio bezels, air vents, door handles) first will be air vents. -具备KPC产品(无线电面板，通风口，门把手)的知识，通风口优先。
- English proficiency -英语熟练
