主要职责：
r Key Responsibilities:
r 1. 新建厂初期组织建立公司质量管理体系，并督导质量体系在实施过程中的问题并进行持续改进；
r Set up all the quality management system, monitor the implementation and make continuous improvement of the quality management system.
r 2. 负责公司整体质量管理目标的分解、下达、制定年度质量计划、监控目标的实施、完成；
r Responsible for the distribution of the company’s overall quality management objectives, making annual quality plan, monitoring the implementation and completion of the objectives.
r 3. 负责本部门经营计划、关键绩效指标的分解和落实；
r Responsible for the Quality dept. working plan, distribute the KPI and ensure to achieve KPI objectives.
r 4. 组织开展质量体系审核、过程审核及产品审核，跟踪改进措施的实施情况，确保质量处于受控状态；
r Organize and carry out quality system audit, process audit and product audit, track the implementation of improvement measures, and ensure the quality is under control;
r 5.配合项目前期的质量问题跟踪改进、客户要求响应以及PPAP放行工作；
r Responsible for the quality problem tracking improvement, customer request response and PPAP release in the early stage of the project
r 6.负责安排CQE协调处理量产项目客户质量投诉以及其他客户要求并实施改进措施，提高客户满意度；
r Responsible for handling customer quality complaints about SOP projects and other customer requirements, implementing improvement actions to improve customer satisfaction.
r 7.负责安排SQE对供应商质量问题的解决和改进工作，建立并完善供应商管理系统和评审系统，协助推动供应商能力水平和提升；
r Responsible for supplier quality problem solving and improvement work, set up and perfect supplier management system, assist to promote the supplier capability.
r 8.负责质量团队的组建和培养，打造高质量人才队伍；
r Develop and train Quality team members to build a high-quality talent team.
r 9.完成领导交代的其他工作任务。
r Perform other tasks given by supervisor.
r 任职要求：
r Key Requirements:
r 1.本科及以上学历，理工科等相关专业；
r Bachelor’s degree or above majored in science and engineering, etc.
r 2. 5年以上汽车零部件制造行业质量管理工作经验，有戴姆勒项目质量管理经验者优先；
r At least 5 years working experience in quality management of auto parts manufacturing industry, Daimler project quality management experience is preferred;
r 3.熟悉汽车内饰产品质量管理要求和标准；
r Familiar with the quality management requirements and standards of automotive interior trim products.
r 4.熟悉IATF16949质量管理体系要求、VDA6.3过程审核标准、质量管理五大核心工具，QC七大工具，等相关质量管理知识；
r Familiar with IATF16949 system, VDA6.3 process audit standards, five core tools of quality management, seven QC tools, and other related quality management knowledge.
r 5.熟练使用办公软件；
r Proficient in office software.
r 6.英语听说读写熟练。
r Good English skill both in written and oral.
