For effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure in network and provide IT services to end users.
Support & work together with IT manager to execute the task of installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of workplace related device (PC, mobile server) in workplace management
Job Responsibility
- Be responsible for 1st level of IT helpdesk support
- Be administrator and support for Microsoft Office applications
- Be responsible for IT fix assets management
- Assist IT manager in Servers management and backup in daily work, Data security management etc.
- Co-ordinate with local IT and assist to implement Global infrastructure projects in region
- Provide technical assistance to Data & Application team
Requirements:
- 3 years or above working experiences
- Good communication in English
- Experience with O365 & Microsoft OS
- Experience with datacenter facility and cabling management
- Experience with network (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and server, Router, switch, Firewall and so on.
- Experience with WAN and LAN management – VPN, DMZ, MPLS, DWAN, and so on
- Experience on network design and office relocation.
- Familiar with big data technology in Linux platforms, include SQL, Oracle, Apache, and so on.
- Familiar with and proficient in BI report tools.
- Team player with quick response, hard worker with professional attitude, professional IT specialist with problem solving ability
- Willing and be able to work with a high level of urgency and professionalism.
- Must be able to analyze and problem solve complex technical issues with minimal supervision
- Work experience in the medical industry is preferred.
