Responsibilities
Sourcing
Work closely with Senior Recruiter and Business Manager to understand recruitment needs, timescale and position features;
Source and attract top talents using multiple recruitment channels;
Improve and increase the quality of the talent pool to meet the company’s rapid development of talent needs.
Interviewing
Assess applications received through job posting;
Pre-qualify candidates and present the company culture during phone call interviews;
Draw detailed picture of the applicants for review by the Team managers.
Monitor and improve
Regularly report the progress of recruitment activities to the team manager and other business stakeholders;
Handle special projects to improve the efficiency of our recruitment function such as creating recruitment content, participate in job fairs, etc.;
Own the recruitment process, templates and tools. Assess efficiency, identify and implement improvements.
Other Activities
Other activities required by the senior recruiter or business manager.
