PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for designing, training and organizing the team to implement testing in different
test type. Such as performance testing, security testing, compatibility testing, installation
testing and so on.
2. Responsible for managing the the team to perform day-to-day activities and review their
output.
3. Researching the way to enhance the work efficiency.
4. Creating and maintaining documentation(e.g. test report template, test standards) and
tutorials.


REQUIREMENTS:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality control and 3 years of experience in
Performance/Security/Automation test areas
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in team management
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Excellent analytical skills
5. Strong problem-solving skills
6. Be able to speak in Cantonese or write in English will be an advantage
