* Implement all efficiency programs by Industrial Direction aligned with SIO
intiatives, NEOS/GYM projects and other local lossess & cost reduction ,
optimization efforts to contribute to savings generation from these programs.

* To know as well for ASU plant operation technically and ensure that the
Plant is operated in a safe, quality, reliable and efficient manner, preserving
the customer requirement and friendly to environment.
*
* Monitoring, troubleshooting, investigation and report according to the
plant operation and incidents also supervise appropriate action to operators.
*
* Consistent reporting of Primary Production efficiency program status,
losses reduction, KPI monitoring and quantitative generated savings
*
* Analyze daily and monthly KPI efficiency data, trends and recommend
solution on deviations
*
* Recommend other efficiency programs and tools applicable according to the
entity\’s group best practice and AL technical operation platform
*
* Process training of Primary Production operation team to increase level of
competency to operate an efficient plant (particulary for SIO related projects)
