岗位职责:
1.Supervise the settlement and corporate action processing for Fund.
2.Ensure the accuracy and work quality of the team to minimize reversal rate and complaint cases.
3.The role will perform checker activities.
4.Handle exceptions and problem cases.
5.Report irregularities and issues to line manager promptly and accurately.
6.Override payment settlement with client and ｃｏｕｎｔerparties.
7.Provide quality services to internal and external clients in accordance with all group standards.
8.Follow up independently with queries raised, escalating to line manager where appropriate.
9.Back up other colleagues of the team in accordance with back up arrangements as advised by managers.
10.Ensure compliance with all relevant internal control documents and external regulatory requirements.
11.Ensure Service Level Agreement on various tasks.
12.Proactively initiate enhancement in job processes.
13.Be flexible to perform any assignment/task or ad hoc projects per request (e.g. Holiday Support, OT, UAT, job reallocation, etc.).
任职要求:
1.Excellent understanding of Funds industry and possess adequate level of knowledge in its products.
2.Knowledge of Funds operations particularly from distribution side of business.
3.Familiar with the securities market and banking practice.
4.Strong numerical skills.
5.Good problem solving skills.
6.Ability to meet tight deadlines.
7.Good interpersonal relationships and communication skills with proficiency in English and working knowledge of Simplified/Traditional Chinese.
