Manages concierge team member in order to provide special assistance andinformation about local area attractions to customers an patrons , offering awide ｓｅｌｅｃｔion of choices and ａｌｔｅｒnatives to ensure guest satisfaction .

对礼宾部进行日常管理，处理部门突发事件。熟知当地及周边景区景点，餐馆，娱乐场所及商务中心，为客人提供个性化服务

SpecificJob Knowledge, Skill and Ability工作技能技巧要求：

1.Basic mathematical and calculator skill to preparemathematical calculations without error, e.g . Purchasing tickets for guests.

具备一定的精算能力，如为客户代购机票。

2.Ability to read, listen effectively , to speak and writeEnglish clearly .

具备一定英语会话和书写能力。

3.Ability to access and accurately input information using amoderately complex computer system .
