1.Basic mathematical and calculator skill to preparemathematical calculations without error, e.g . Purchasing tickets for guests.
具备一定的精算能力,如为客户代购机票。
2.Ability to read, listen effectively , to speak and writeEnglish clearly .

3.Ability to access and accurately input information using amoderately complex computer system .
