DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES职责和义务

1.Reports to Captain for instructions about the menu.向领班汇报有关菜单的指令。
2.Sets ｔａｂｌｅ according to established procedures.根据所制定出的规则摆台。
3.Observes, anticipates and accommodates guest needs or requests.观察客人的要求和所需，并主动参与帮助。
4.Maintain current information on all general activities of the hotel.了解当前酒店所有的活动。
5.To maintain a high profile within the restaurant during service periods, with emphasis on guest relations and needs.在服务期间保持餐厅良好的形象，特别注意与客人的关系及他们的要求。
6.Well trained in jobs and are well-groomed and uniformed； To ensure that the projects professionalism.积极参加部门培训，受到专业的技能培训，确保服务的专业性和良好的专业形象。
7.To ensure that all service and quality standards are maintained as per the operating policy of the outlet and requirements as set by the hotel.确保根据酒店的要求和餐厅的操作制度提供高质量的服务。
8.To ensure the safety of all equipment held within the restaurant, ensuring that all equipment is properly handled, cleaned and stored at all times.安全的操作餐厅内的所有设备，确保时刻适当的操作、清洁和储存。

Job Specification工作要求

1.Prefer international hotel western restaurant experience.优先考虑有相关酒店工作经历。
2.Strong oral communication skills.较强的语言表达能力。
3.Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative.在团队中能有效的工作并积极主动。
4.Personable and neat.仪表端庄，干净整洁。
