have an open dialogue between the teams to find solutions, effective methods a n d avoid repeatedly mistakes.

give feedback to the po teams regarding suppliers/factories status.
        &lowast；
educate, support suppliers/factories practically in their daily work according to h&m requirements.
        &lowast；
encourage h&m suppliers to become more active in finding good solutions. to secure best product for bulk production .
        &lowast；
be a good h&m role moｄｅｌ towards suppliers/factories.
