        order follow up a n d system
        1.support mercha n disers to follow up the whole order process a n d u p d a t e the situation properly
        2.upon receiving the order make sure the details are correct a n d no information is missing before sending it to the supplier (labels, care instructions, sample, lab-dip requirements etc)
        3.data input (e.g. cit, prix,l/t, bistro, sample registration etc) in ofs as well as the on time ｄｅｌivery ｃｈａｒt
        4.assist mercha n disers to arrange a n d follow external a n d internal lab tests to be done together with the lab a n d inform the supplier about these tests. inform the qcs about not ok results on time. secure quality after risk assessemnt meetings
        
        sample ha n dling a n d ｄｅｌivery follow up :ofs
        1.follow sample ha n dling routine
        2.close relation with technicians for quicker sample ｄｅｌivery a n d sample report
        3.assist mercha n disers to keep close track of ｄｅｌivery status a n d inform the department to prevent any ｄｅｌays
        
        communication with suppliers
        1.be in contact with the suppliers a n d follow the situation properly a n d make sure you give all necessary a n d accurate information to them on time
        
        job requirements
        
        a) education
        1.preferable education from polytechnic or technical institute
        2.good comma n d of english
        3.able to use all microsoft applications
        b) work experience
        1.experience in mercha n dising field is an advantage
        c)ａｄｄitional requirements
        1.interested in fashion
        2.eager to learn
