For their sales  and service organization in China, we are looking for a Sales  Engineer with a good communication skill and service attitude to manage assigned  region / industry customers reporting to the National Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:
Establish  productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned  customer acｃｏｕｎｔs
Manage and  coordinate all necessary activities in assigned region / industry to identify and  develop new potential customers and new market opportunities
Offer timely  and effective solutions aligned with acｃｏｕｎｔ’s needs
Manage and  coordinate all necessary commercial communication and documentation (i.e.  e-mail & telephone communications, quotation follow-up, customer visit …) for  the acquisition of new projects
Chase  acｃｏｕｎｔs receivables and drive closure of outstanding payment
Ensure sales  activities, project status is timely properly reported into CRM
Provide  accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts based on facts. Ensure financial  goals for the assigned customer acｃｏｕｎｔs is achieved
与分配的客户中关键人员建立高效/专业的合作关系  
管理和协调指定区域/行业的所有业务活动，以识别和开发新的潜在客户和新的市场机会  
根据客户的需求提供及时专业的解决方案  
管理和协调所有必要的商业沟通和商业文件(包括：
电子邮件，电话沟通，报价跟踪，客户拜访…)以获取新项目  
负责应收账款，推动未付款项的结清 
确保销售活动、项目状态能够及时和正确的输入CRM系统  
根据实际情况提供准确的月度、季度和年度销售预测。
 确保所分配客户的财务目标得以实现  
 Requirements:  
Bachelor’s  degree level or above in an engineering or science discipline, Major in  engineering mechanics
Proven track  record of sales performance in Automotive / Aerospace / Test house / Researches  / Energy / Electronics industries.  Excellent  fresh graduates are accepｔａｂｌｅ.
Quick  learning, ambition and target oriented
Expert in  value selling & solid customer service attitude
Requires  strong interpersonal skills, good written and verbal communication necessary to  effectively interact with all levels of internal colleagues and external  customers.
Good skill with  CRM and MS office package
Proficiency  in reading and written English
Willing to  travel domestically
工科或理科本科以上学历，机械和力学相关专业  
在汽车/航空航天/测试机构/研究所/能源/电子行业有良好的销售业绩记录。
 可以接受优秀的应届毕业生  
学习能力强，有进取心，目标导向  
价值销售导向和高度的客户服务态度 
需要较强的人际交往能力，良好的书面和口头沟通能力，以便有效地与内部同事和外部客户互动。
  
有良好的CRM系统和微软Office办公软件使用技能  
有良好的英语阅读和书写能力  
国内出差意愿
