Essential responsibilities and duties:

？Generate Financial budget/FCST/closing reports at site level with accuracy timely to support management review
？Perform monthly financial variance analysis （Budget/Forecast/Aatual）
？Controll and track program R&D cost
？Programs’ WBS management （creation and close）
？Monthly relevant acｃｏｕｎｔing closing and settlement in SAP
？Budget plan / strategy plan
？Manage finance / resource issues of the company within authorized scope according to the Management standard.
？Ensure full respect of Rules & Regulations\Ethics\Values\Employee handbook of the company.
？Others temporary job given by Management

Qualifications :
？Bacherlar degree or above with major in Acｃｏｕｎｔing, Finance, or related fields, FP&A or cost background is a plus
？Minimum 5 years experience in finance/controlling, manufacturing company perferred
？Ability to ｄｅｌiver reports in good quality within tight deadline
？Demonstrated strong communication/analytical/problelm skill
