岗位职责/职位描述
Job Responsibilities 工作职责：
1. Co-ordinate the hotel’s sales activities with the aim of optimal room occupancy, F&B sales and other revenues.
以扩大酒店房间销售，餐饮销售和其他销售为目的，协助酒店销售活动。
2. Implement all sales action plans related to the respective market as outlined in hotel revenue plan and achieve the necessary goals and targets set.
根据酒店收益计划中定义的不同市场分别实施销售活动，并完成最基本的目标。
3. Closely monitor acｃｏｕｎｔs revenue and business production for all acｃｏｕｎｔs portfolio of sales team for rooms and catering business.
对于房间销售和宴会销售的所有客户群的收益及产量进行紧密的监控。
4. Assist DBD in forecasting of related revenues and other KPIs.
协助商务发展总监预测酒店相关收益和其他关键业绩指标。
5. Organize comprehensive information to existing and potential customers as regards the product range offered by the hotel, with the aid of the relevant sales resources and sales channels.
利用相关销售资源和渠道，将酒店各项产品的信息传递给现有和潜在客户。
6. Plan sales trips, under the direct approval of the DBD to major market areas, calling on acｃｏｕｎｔs within the specific market areas relative to specific hotel.
在商务发展总监的直接批准下，计划到主要市场区域的销售差旅，拜访市场范围内的客户。
7. Be responsible for tasks such as interviewing, appointing, trainings and performance assessment (but not limited to) to all relative team members.
负责对所有相关团队成员进行面试，任命，培训以及表现评估（包括但不局限于上述几点）。
Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability 工作技能技巧要求：
1. Fluency in level of English and Mandarin. ａｄｄitional language will be a plus but not necessary. Preferably speaking Cantonese.
中英文流利，掌握第二门外语者优先，懂粤语者优先。
2. Computer skills, ｄｅｌphi will be an advantage.
熟练电脑操作，会ｄｅｌphi系统者优先。
3. At least 3 years working experiences in sales as Director level with knowledge in corporate and travel segment.
3年以上销售领域总监级别工作经验，熟悉企业和旅游板块。
4. Previous working experience in a hotel chain (local or international). Shenzhen or South China experience is a plus.
有连锁酒店（当地和国际）工作经验。有深圳或华南地区销售经验者优先。 其他要求
计算机能力：良好
年龄要求：25-35岁
