HR Supervisor & EA to CEO
Position Description
The HR Supervisor & EA to CEO has two parts of job responsibility. As the HR Supervisor, she will assist HR Manager and run a proactive and effective role in HR, especially in recruitment and training arrangement. And as the EA to CEO, she will work very closely with the CEO, taking care of all assigned business arrangements, communication, etc.
The working location is Changzhou city.
Responsibilities
Support HR Manager for recruitment and selection process Coordinate with different department from HQ and make the training program for both new employee on-boarding training and advanced talent trainings. Assist CEO and HRM on bridge management, to nurture a positive working environment Handle general administration work of the plant, including receptionist, canteen, clean-keeping, travel arrangement so on. Coordination for the plant and office building decoration Act as the point of contact among CEO, other executives, employees, clients and other external partners Format information for internal and external communication, announcements, memos, presentations, reports Maintain daily schedule for the CEO, attend internal or external meetings, take meeting note and act as interpreter when needed.
