We are currently looking for a Floor Manager to join our Housekeeping team.

As a Floor Manager, we rely on you to:

1. Checked daily work of each region and reported to the department manager.

2. Review the work plans prepared by regional supervisors.

3. ｍａｓｔｅｒ the situation of guests and room status, spot check rooms and check VIP rooms.

4. Check the hygiene of all public areas and ensure that they are clean and working properly.

5. Responsible for maintaining the best condition of all the houses sold at all times.

6. Accept the extra work assigned by the department manager, and organize the department head to conduct health inspection and make inspection records.

7. Supervised the inventory of the floor and guest room center; Coordinate laundry to do linen inventory.

We are looking for someone who:

1. College degree or equivalent education.

2. At least 3 years working experience in five-star hotel room management.

3. Familiar with the professional knowledge of the department and proficient in computer.

4. Good health and good looks.
