Objectives:?Join the team responsible to release the new E-Class (V214) to the Chinese Market- Understand the overall Mercedes-Benz development system for new carlines/major projects, including specific methods on how the project is managed from a quality perspective - milestones, KPIs, processes, and project structure - Ensure the above aspects of the project are successful with regards to on time and in targetTasks:Understand the current status of the project, attend necessary project meetings and build a ｎｅｔwork of necessary contacts in the project - Familiarize themselves with the quality requirements of a project and track and manage them - e.g. KPIs, milestones, and even related departments to ensure they are within target and time, and escalate when not - Represent the quality department in cross functional meetings and escalation forums - Identify or escalate quality critical issues at the appropriate time and forum - Provide maximum transparency to management for the individual, as well as overall, aspects of the project - Shadow PLQ daily work in actual vehicle project - Coordinate product release audit with connection to audit teamsKey Learning Opportunities:?
