Job Summary:

1.?Ensure that all acｃｏｕｎｔs are?handled professionally and to maximize the catering Revenue.

2.?Provide guidance and supervision to the catering sales & service team when required.

3.?To make sure that all functions are serviced by EMC / Conference Services till the end of the function and that all bills are settled according to the agreed form of payment.

Candidate Profile:

1.?College level and above preferred

2.?Fluent in Mandarin & English

3.?Minimum 5-years’?work experience in hotel industry from a sizeable international hotel organization with catering sales / operation experience.

4. Luxury hotel work experience preferred
