1.Clean and maintain carpets, marble floors, wooden floors, decorations, furniture and lamps in guest rooms and public areas in accordance with hotel cleaning standards.
按照酒店清洁标准，清洁和维护客房和公共区域地毯、大理石地面、木地板、装饰品、家具和灯具等等。
2.Responsible for the cleaning, waxing and maintenance of furniture in public areas and guest rooms.
负责公共区域和客房家具清洁上蜡保养。
3.Use cleaning equipment to clean the floor.
使用清洁设备清洗地面。
4.Marble walls are polished, crystallized and waxed.
大理石墙面进行打磨结晶和上蜡。
5.Correct use of cleaning equipment and clean and maintain the cleaning equipment regularly.
6.Keep cleaning equipment clean and tidy.
正确使用清洁设备，定期清洁和保养清洁设备。保持清洁设备的干净和整洁。
7.Ensure that cleaning chemicals are used in accordance with the hotel’s rules and regulations.
确保清洁化学用品按照酒店的规章制度使用。
8.Report any faults or maintenance requests to the PA Shift leader or Housekeeping Coordinator promptly.
及时地向公区主管或客房部文员汇报任何故障或维护要求。
9.Clean the lobby, restaurants, lounges, bars, multifunctional meeting rooms, banquet halls, guest toilets, guest and employee elevators, fire stairs, office areas, employee locker rooms, employee toilets, and other work areas. Perform the responsibility of cleaning and serving public areas, Ensure a high level of cleaning is maintained in work area.
清洁大堂、餐厅、酒廊、酒吧、多功能会议室、宴会厅、客用卫生间、客用和员工用电梯、消防楼梯、办公区、员工更衣室和员工卫生间及其它工作区域。履行清洁及服务公共区域的职责，保持维护所在工作区域的高度整洁。 Responsible for the dry cleaning and washing of 10.Carpets in hotel public areas and guest rooms.
负责酒店公共区域和客房地毯的干洗和抽洗。
11.Clean hotel sofas and chairs regularly as planned.
按计划定期清洗酒店沙发和椅子。
12.Responsible for the renovation, crystallization, and crystal surface care of the marble floor in public areas and guest rooms .
负责公共区域和客房大理石地面翻新、结晶、晶面保养。
13.Responsible for the care of wooden floors in public areas and guest rooms.
负责公共区域和客房木地板护理。
14.Responsible for cleaning the lighting in public areas and guest rooms.
负责公共区域和客房灯饰清洁。

任职要求 Qualification

1.Secondary school graduate
中学毕业
2.Some relevant working experiences is preferred.
有相关工作经验优先考虑。
3.With good communication skills, with warm & smiling face, speak fluent , speak fluent Mandarin.
良好的沟通技巧，有温暖的笑容，普通话流利。
