All about the role

The HR Business Partner China will support in building andｄｅｌivering the China People plan through effective stakeholder engagement andthe ｄｅｌivery of all strategic people initiatives that support the realisationof the overall China business strategy. This role plays a key part in theｄｅｌivery of the HR strategy to “enable the business and our colleagues to dotheir best work”. Through forging strong stakeholder relationships and theｄｅｌivery of strategic people initiatives as well as resolving key blockers andcapitalising on new opportunities, you will support the realisation of theoverall People Plan as well as cyclical HR activity (Pay, Talent, Performanceetc).

You will collaborate with all keystakeholders both in market and the UK including but not limited to the GeneralManager and Head of Business Development to provide proactive support,anticipate future business needs and help the stakeholders shape the peoplepolicy to a ‘Best in Class’ standard.

You will support and advise on strategic people matters, with afocus on enabling the business to perform successfully, balanced withprofessional challenge to ensure this performance is done in the right way. Keyelements of this role will be to drive business performance by acting as a consultant,coach and trusted advisor to our managers and employees across our operationsin China and in collaboration with UK stakeholders.?
