Job Purpose and Key Responsibilities 岗位的目的和主要岗位职责:

Be responsible for all the maintenance work of process equipment in responsible area, to ensure all the equipment works in good condition

负责实施管辖范围内的工艺制药设备的维修保养工作，使其达到***运行状态。

Key Responsibilities主要岗位职责:

Complete daily checking of process equipment, remove potential mechanical failure and make record

每日完成所管辖的工艺设备、设施的巡检工作，及时消除故障隐患。并做好相应纪录。

Develop, research the new equipment and improve the production capacity, ensure production plan on schedule

开发、调研新设备及改进设备的生产能力，确保产品按计划投入生产。

Draft, revise and finalize work instruction for process equipment, reduce mechanical failure, ensure long term sｔａｂｌｅ working of process equipment

负责编制、修改、完成所管辖工艺设备的预防维修工作指令，减少故障停机率，保证设备长期稳定工作。并做好相应纪录。

Actively participate in and organize the improvement activities, to improve the process capability of the equipment.

积极参与并倡导组织改进活动，不断改进提高设备工艺能力。

Take ｃｈａｒge the project implementation and validation work related with the production equipment, to ensure the good quality sustainability and ｄｅｌiver the project on plan within the budget.

负责生产设备相关项目组织实施及验证工作，确保质量的稳定及在计划的时间内，按预算完成。

Solve mechanical failure quickly, recover the capability of process equipment for manufacturing

迅速维修生产工艺设备出现的故障，恢复设备原有性能，以达到迅速恢复生产的目的。

Provide spare part plan for process equipment, rationalize spare part inventory

提供所管辖的工艺设备备件储备计划，提高库存合理性。

Organize and take part in annual major maintenance, equipment improvement to ensure all equipment works in good condition

组织并参与设备年大修、设备改进工作，使设备保持在***状态。

Provide training and technical support to other relative staff

为其他相关人员提供技术支持和培训。

Use OE tools to improve working efficiency and lower cost

运用OE工具，不断改进、提高工作效率降低成本。

Understand and comply with the applicable local regulations of Quality, EHS and others, GSK standards for QMS, EHSS etc. and company policy. Adherence to standard operating procedures.

理解并遵守适用的质量、环境、健康及安全等方面的当地法律法规、葛兰素质量管理体系及环境健康安全等方面的标准和公司方针，遵守公司标准操作规程。

Other projects and tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Take ｃｈａｒge the well work for the production equipments, and ensure the effectiveness and integrity, to meet the manufacturing requirement.

Impact & Risk 影响和风险:

Fully acｃｏｕｎｔable for ensuring that in ｃｈａｒge of production equipment maintenance is performed in accordance with GMP and non-GMP requirements and maintenance activities for production equipment does not pose a risk to operations at TSKF.

对所负责的生产设备，有责任确保针对其进行的所有维修活动符合GMP或非GMP的要求。并且对于生产设备的所有维修活动也不会对工厂的生产操作造成风险

Independence独立性：

Good capability for the independent judgment and problem solving. Decision Making for the equipment maintenance plan, the equipment improvement plan. Communicate with the manager about cross function cooperation work.

具有独立的判断能力和问题的解决能力。对团队内设备维修方案做决定，对设备设施改造做决定。对跨部门配合

All technical and projects need to be checked strictly to ensure the compliance with GMP and EHS regulations

Analyze the annual production equipment condition assessment and various related parameters of the validation file.

所有技改和项目中要严格审核确认是否执行GMP和EHS有关法规

每年度生产设备状态评估及验证文件各相关参数的分析。

Communication Complexity沟通复杂性

Work closely with multiple departments to ensure the site manufacturing work well.

需要与内外多个部门密切配合，确保公司生产的正常进行。

Specialised Knowledge 专业知识:

Bachelor or above major in mechanical and electrical integration

机械、电气自动化相关专业，本科以上学历。

Good profesional experience mechanical and electrical.

具备电气、机械专业知识。

Good English in speaking, reading and writing

基本的英语听，说，读，写能力。

Skill in using computer and office software.

能熟练应用电脑及办公软件。

Ability 能力要求

Ability to solve complicated technical problems 有解决复杂技术问题的能力

Strong communication and coordination skill 较强的沟通及协调能力
