职责描述：

- Collaboration with all concerned departments and sites. 代表集团协调公司内部所有相关部门和工厂的物流采购业务。

- Develop sourcing strategy and process for logistics procurement, mess trucking and railway, expertise required with experience facts. 能自主为APP建立内陆物流采购的采购策略，涉及厂内物流、短驳·汽运、铁路等百万吨级运输的供应商的合同谈判，且有实际经验作为支持。

- Lead projects to ensure all parties are always aligned with procurement strategy. 能独立带头并协调各部门及外部单位，并实施我司采购策略。

- Ensure supplier qualification and operation and strictly followed HSE.保障供应商的资质及操作严格符合HSE的要求。

- Trace performance with each spend category and define KPI impact， 在具体的物流采购分支项目中能追踪物流花费并时刻掌握对KPI的影响。

- Monitor logistics procurement strategy implementation and compliance. 监管物流采购策略的实施及合规。

- Lead sub-category bidding and negotiation with pre-defined strategy with result oriented method. 对具体细分的内陆物流采购项目，能事先制定内陆物流采购策略，并按照计划实施，并努力达到预设的结果。

- Drive annual productivity improvements. 能整体把握年度内陆物流采购节降指标。

- Develop sub-category expertise in timely ｕｐｄａｔｅ on best practices. 能为团队积累该分支项目的专业知识，能提出合适的操作方法。

- Able to provide assistance to leaders in strategy and process implementation among all sites. 有能力协助公司主管在内陆物流采购策略的全国工厂实施和流程监管。

任职要求：

- Precision with numbers, min 7 years in China inland logistics industry.对数字敏感度高，＞7年相关工作经验。

- Successful management of multi-moｄｅｌ transportation ＞5 years. 5年以上国内综合物流经验。

- Understand major market players and TCO analysis. 了解该物流市场及成本分析，EXCEL分析能力强。

- Successful category management and purchasing/sales experience in paper/chemical industry.有相关项目管理经验，曾在纸业或化工行业者优先考虑。

- Demonstrable experience in successfully leading and conducting negotiation of logistics contracts across technical, commercial and legal fields. 跨多部门合作，能展示独立完成整个招标、谈判等采购流程。

- Proven experience in building positive internal relationships with senior management and stake holders. 能提供与公司内部各部门主管及高层领导的有效正面工作关系，为公司整体创造效益的经验实例。

- Trackable record of consistent performance and ｄｅｌivery in logistics and purchasing productivities. 可追溯的连续物流与采购工作表现。

- Mobility in terms of frequent travel within China。在公司需要的情况下能经常出差。
