Segment Marketing Manager
Main Responsibilities
?Segment Insights and Strategy execution
?Lead business essentials assessment and develop actionable insights around key essentials such as market, competition, and customer, etc.
?Conduct fact-based analysis for strategic planning process
?Develop, communicate, and execute short term, annual and multi-year strategies to achieve segment sales and profits targets
?Continuously strengthen segment value proposition through offerings integration
?Work with sales to support target customers
?Innovation/ Product Development/ Deployment
?Develop innovative strategies in response to customer needs, competitive offerings and changes in market and business priorities
?Develop value proposition and create value story of innovative solutions
?Lead the development and launch of new innovations for this segment that will drive market share and improve profitability
?Responsible for product deployment to drive segment sales
?Segment Branding and Promotion
?Lead/support planning, executing trade shows and customer-targeted communications
Quality & Qualifications
?master’s degree with 5+ years of business-to-business marketing experience, MBA is plus
?Experience / expertise in product innovation process with great project management skills
?High learning agility with logic thinking and data analysis
?High initiative, strong communications and relationship building skills
?Fluent in both written and spoken English
